The images herein are controlled by copyright of Smalls Crafts and the manufacturers and suppliers of the products. Images and text may not be downloaded or copied in any manner other than with the express authorisation and permission of Smalls Crafts or its associates and copyright owners. Please note that the colours of items on the website may differ from the actual colour due to variations in photography and computer visual displays.

All prices stated on the website include VAT at 15.0%. 

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers.

Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding.

You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process hs been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation has been sent. If you do not receive order confirmation or the delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.

Placing Your Order

We have tried to ensure that you find your experience shopping with us as easy as possible, whilst also providing you with high quality images to assess the products you are viewing. You simply browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, you then click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to complete your order.

We accept payment by most major Credit and Debit Cards and British Bank cheques in GBP.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Electron.

When you receive confirmation of an order from us, it is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email to notify you that your order has been processed and despatched. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are advised by our secure payment provider that a transaction may be 'high risk' or possibly fraudulent.

Smalls Crafts online store makes every effort to ensure that information provided is accurate. However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described your sole remedy is to return it in an unused resaleable condition.

Postage and Packing

When you reach the checkout area, you will be asked to select your country for shipping in order for the correct prices to be applied to your order. You will find the postage and packing charges on the “Shipping” page of the website. Please note that postage, packing and handling charges are subject to VAT (if payable) at the standard rate of 15.0%. This tax is imposed by Her Majesties Customs and Excise if any of the contents of the package are vatable.

Deliveries

We aim to process and deliver your order on the day of receipt. Normally we will despatch your order to you within 48 hours after payment has been cleared.

All items purchased from Smalls Crafts are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title of such items pass to the customer upon delivery to the Carrier.

Back Orders

On the rare occasion that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. For items that have been ordered in especially, you can expect a 7-10 delivery time.


Cancellation Rights

Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel an order within seven days of purchase or within seven days of receipt of the goods after the date the item is delivered (whichever is the longer).

Should you wish to cancel your purchase within seven days, please contact us in writing, either by letter or by email - telephone cancellations are not accepted. All items must be appropriately packaged and returned so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you, unused in the original packaging in a saleable condition along with the invoice to:

This does not apply to threads, booklets or patterns which are strictly non-refundable.

Orders where goods are received back after 7 working days will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.

We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage and to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you. Cost of return of goods cancelled after dispatch will be borne by you.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days after we receive your return or 7 day cancellation notice. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded for (1) undeliverable packages (including those for which the shipper cannot locate the customer, resulting in the order being returned to sender or abandoned), (2) deliveries that are refused (including instances in which the customer is unwilling to pay any applicable taxes or duties which results in the order being returned to sender or abandoned) or (3) orders cancelled after the goods have been shipped. Smalls Crafts reserves the right to charge shipping for items dispatched, subsequently lost by the delivery agent and then cancelled. All undeliverable or refused orders will be treated as a return, with the same policy applied as returned items.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, please notify us in writing (or by email) within 7 days of receipt and goods will be re-dispatched on return of faulty items.

Where a 'free shipping' order is part or fully returned or part cancelled Smalls Crafts reserve the right to charge shipping pro rata should the order value fall below the prevailing free shipping rate.

If you are a professional buyer or freelancer the current statutory provisions for the return of goods shall apply. The time frame for the return of goods begins once you have received the goods. Your cancellation request will be considered to have been submitted on time if your written notification or the goods are sent back within the timeframe mentioned above.
